About Us

Who we are

At KM Accessibility, we believe accessibility is more than a checklist; it’s a commitment to equity, dignity, and participation for all. We partner with organizations to remove barriers, shift culture, and design spaces where everyone can thrive. With deep expertise and lived experience, we bring insight, integrity, and innovation to every project.

Equity is at the core of our mission, guiding us to champion fair access and genuine inclusion for communities frequently marginalized or overlooked. Using new ideas, we create smart solutions that cover everything from making policies to checking how accessible things are, aiming to not only meet but go beyond the required standards. Our commitment to integrity ensures that we operate with honesty, transparency, and accountability, grounding every recommendation in thorough research and a steadfast respect for human rights.

Our Principles

Accessibility is not just ethical; it’s strategic. 27% of Canadian adults (almost 8 million people) live with a disability. 3 in 5 face barriers to employment. Only 1 in 3 organizations has an accessibility plan. Companies that invest in accessibility are 28% more likely to outperform their peers.

At KM Accessibility Consulting Firm (KMACF), we transform these realities into measurable outcomes by helping organizations move beyond minimum standards. Our expertise supports building inclusive workplaces that attract talent, retain employees, and strengthen overall performance.
